As the saying goes "if your 5 minutes early you are late, if you are on time you are late, if you are 30 minutes early you are on time." We understand everyone likes to plan their day out and I am sure we have all had that one tech that shows up late. We do our very best to be either early or on time so that you can enjoy the rest of your day. Our techs will call you as they are on their way to let you know that they are coming. Should there be a set back they will notify you as well, and if they are running early they will once again call you. We are all about open communication so that way our clients can relax and know when to expect us.
We do move some furniture such as end tables, coffee tables, chairs and some couches. We will not move beds, dressers, book shelves, entertainment units or any heavy furniture or items of extreme value whether its monetary or personal or family heirlooms. We ask that the homeowner move those items.
No, you do not need to leave your home while we are cleaning, we prefer that the homeowner remain at the house while we are their. This way we can address any concerns or questions that the homeowner might have while we are cleaning. Also we prefer to do a walk through with the home owner when we are finished so that we can assure the home owner is satisfied with the work. Your satisfaction is our priority!
In some cases there is a travel charge
It usuallys take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, this is a rough estimate. Depending on how dirty the carpet is and if there are any trouble spots that require some extra TLC. This will also vary on if the home is prepped for our arrival and what cleaning method the home owner chooses.
We understand life throws curve balls and it can be out of our control. We do ask as a courtesy to our clients that if you need to cancel an appointment that you call as early in advance as possible and to not wait until the day before or the day of the appointment. This will allows us to fill that vacancy or to give that appointment to another client.
